Shipping & Return Policies
schad accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept payments over the phone.
Ordering & Inventory
Online orders will be processed within 3 business days of the order placement and in the order in which they have been received. Should for any reason the product you selected not be available, we will contact you within 2 business days to notify you of this inconvenience. In the event that we can only fulfill a portion of your order we will also contact you prior to shipping the available items.
schad promises to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders will be processed within 3 business days and do not get shipped during weekends. All online inquiries are also only responded to during weekdays, within 48 hours of receipt.
schad gladly ships within Canada, the United States and most major international destinations. We will only ship to names and addresses which correspond to the name and billing address indicated on the order form submitted, or a verified PayPal address. Please note that once your order has been processed, we will email you a notification that your items have been shipped and provide you with tracking information.
All Canadian orders placed with schad are processed, packaged and shipped within Canada from Ottawa, Ontario. All packages are shipped using Canada Post, a reliable carrier servicing all of Canada.
schad is happy to offer free shipping on all orders totaling over 200.00$ before applicable taxes (1-3 business day shipping).

All international orders placed with schad are processed, packaged and shipped from Ottawa Ontario, Canada. We ship to most major international destinations via Canada Post Expedited Services. If you would like to inquire about shipping to an international address or if your country is not listed as one of the international destinations on our website, please feel free to contact our webmaster at firstname.lastname@example.org
schad is not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be incurred when your order is imported to an international address. Any additional shipping costs, customs fees and taxes incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the obligation of the customer.
Please note that international orders can be further delayed due to the customs office of the destination country. These delays are beyond the control of schad and we apologize for not being able to supply any information as to why or how long your parcel may be delayed.
schad gladly accepts returns within 14 days of the order delivery date. Items returned must be in their original, re-sellable condition. Once we have received the items and have them in our possession we will issue a refund immediately.
All merchandise purchased at any kind of discount is considered a FINAL SALE. We also do not issue any kind of price adjustments.
Returns for refund of regular-priced merchandise must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. A return authorization (RA) number will then be issued and must be clearly included on the outside of the returned package. In order to receive a refund, merchandise must be received no later than 10 days after the RA is issued. schadwill under no circumstances provide a refund for any regular-priced product that is not in perfect condition or that has not been requested within 3 days or receipt of your order and is not received at schad within 10 days. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Return for Size Exchange
All merchandise purchased at a discount is a FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
If you would like to return your item for a new style or different size, please notify us of your request at email@example.com within 14 days or receipt of your order. If the item you would like in exchange for your initial order is available it will be put on hold for you while we await receipt of your return item.

How to request a schad refund:
- Within 3 days of receipt of order, email firstname.lastname@example.org with exchange or refund request for your regular-price merchandise. Please be sure to include your name, order ID number and reason for return.
- Once the order is approved for return by schad, an RA number will be issued along with instructions on how to return the order.
- Wrap the footwear or clothing box, write the RA number on the outside of the package, and return to the following address:

- Once the returned item has been received and assessed, schad will process the exchange or refund within 3 business days. You will be notified by email once we have completed the refund. Please note that all refunds will only be issued to the credit card associated to the original transaction ID. PayPal transactions will be refunded to the original PayPal transaction ID. Credit card returns may take up to one week to appear on your billing statement. Please contact your credit card company should you require further refund information.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All return parcels must be fully insured with a tracking number. We request that you please do not return parcels via C.O.D. or a courier service (i.e. FedEx, UPS etc.)
schad reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the above policies. We will not under any circumstance assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of parcels without proof of delivery to schad online return.
Option for pick-up is available at schad after online purchases are is no longer available in an effort to reduce and avoid fraudulent transactions.
