We're a family business on a mission to give female artisans financial independence through our handmade, sustainable wicker bags.

Wicker Wings started as a brother and sister duo, Belinda and James, who after finding out our Māma (Grandma) handwoven baskets in her village in China in hope for a better life. Fast forward 30 years and this is still the case in rural parts of Asia today.

So we created Wicker Wings as a way of shining light on our grandmother’s past and support the current generation of these incredible female artisans.

We want to help current female weavers so they can have the same financial independence our Mama had - we call this, Māma's Mission.
