James Rall is the newest addition to the Proof of Concept creatives family. Born in Ohio, he studied fine art at the University of Cincinnati. Right after school he spent five years traveling around the country before settling in New Orleans. He told us, “I can’t imagine being anywhere else.” You can find him on sunny days selling his art at Jackson Square in the French Quarter.
